Kenneth Stepp congratulates Clint Harris and Monica Rice-Smith, the two winners of the May 17, 2016 primary election for the 41st Circuit Primary Family Court Judgeship election. The two winners will meet in the General Election in November, 2016 for a runoff election to elect the newly elected Judge of the 41st Circuit Family Court.
